Myra Dingman, Ph. D

Dr. Dingman’s passion is to create effective change interventions that result in workplaces characterized by improved job satisfaction, increased organizational commitment and enhanced work performance. She specializes in leadership coaching and leadership development. She holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership and became a Certified Leadership Coach from the Transformational Leadership Coaching program in 2003. She began serving as faculty for the School of Global Leadership & Entrepreneurship at Regent University in 2007 teaching the leadership coaching track in both the Master’s of Organizational Leadership and the Doctor of Strategic Leadership program.
Dr. Dingman serves as the managing and production editor for the International Journal of Leadership Studies. In addition she is a frequent contributor to Effective Executive magazine and has contributed to several books including Managing Multicultural Teams, Working Women: A Paradigm Shift, Coaching, and The Gender Divide. She is currently working on a leadership book researching Christian leaders who have changed our world.
Dr. Dingman provides consulting services in management, leadership development, FIRO Element B and has been a guest speaker at women’s retreats, associations, APA writing workshops, and in a variety of businesses settings. She is a sought-after speaker at conferences both in the United State and worldwide, including the C.S. Lewis Summer Institute in Cambridge, England; the Global Women’s Leadership Conference in Dubai, United Arab Emirates; and the International Leadership Association in Vancouver, Canada. In addition to her work with Carawan Global, Dr. Dingman is involved in numerous professional associations and consulting groups including the International Leadership Association, International Coach Federation, Succeed to Lead Consulting Group, and Transformational Leadership Coaching.
