Lea Carawan, M.A.

President of Carawan Global

With a career spanning two decades and transitioning seamlessly between entrepreneurship, fashion, consulting, ministry and motherhood, Lea Carawan has experienced a lifetime of successfully navigating change. She is passionate about helping others do the same.

As an executive coach, speaker and consultant Lea provides highly effective tools and methodology to clients desiring organizational development, talent retention systems, and personal effectiveness skills. As a lead consultant at Carawan Global, Lea provides clients with results oriented strategic action plans to better leverage change initiatives and strengthen employees’ ability to accept and implement the desired changes.

Lea holds a Bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Washington and a Masters degree in theology. She is trained as an executive coach through Transformational Leadership Coaching. She built Carawan Global Communications and Consulting with her husband Rolfe. Her expertise in organizational development and project management has successfully positioned the Carawan Global Consulting Group as an organizational development firm specializing in talent management and development.

Lea is a frequent speaker at women’s meetings and retreats both in the U.S. and worldwide. She has volunteered her expertise in a number of countries including Brazil, Ukraine, and United Arab Emirates. She is particularly committed to the success of small and family-owned companies. Some of the clients she has served include PPL Corporation, Mr. Rogers Windows, Sisters Unique, Congressional Prayer Caucus Foundation, Sunrise Nursery, Zayed University and the Women as Global Leaders Conference.

Her “Real Talk” seminars give people the communication tools they need to maximize their effectiveness at work and home. In addition, she speaks on the need for and the process of creating family-life balance for women in business, and how to work together (without killing!) your spouse.

Lea is the editor of Carawan Global’s “Winning Together™” Newsletter, an eZine that provides tips and strategies readers can use to create an environment of unity and collaboration at work and home.

To promote a cause she feels passionately about – helping families improve the quality of life at home – she and an exceptional group of women founded “Transformed Living,” a unique experience designed to help women live out their unique design and role as women of their homes. Through an extraordinary combination of teaching, personal and group processing, mentoring, and modeling, Lea and her team provide women with a life-changing experience.
